I have attached a link to a great song to use when teaching action verbs! My children are addicted to this song. Be prepared though...you won't be able to get it out of your head either!

ReplyDeleteI found the Verb Rap by accident when surfing the web looking for a verb unit. I bought cheap sunglasses from Oriental Trading for the class, and the the kids were "styling and profiling" as they sang and looked cool! They were able not only to learn about action verbs, but were able to showcase their dancing talents. This song really comes in handy if the students are a little drowsy after lunch. All I have to do is say, "Get out your sunglasses" and they are ready to go and perk right up!
